Shipping Information
We ship to all locations within Australia. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping per order is $9.95. We use the Australia Post eParcel system as this ensures our valued customers receive their purchases in a timely manner and that goods are trackable.
How long does delivery take?
2-5 days from receival of order. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within two (2) business days.
Delivery Address
Consideration should be given to the nominated delivery address for your parcel. Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am - 5:00pm. If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local Post outlet and a card left notifying the addressee of its location.
If it is unlikely that anyone will be home when delivery is attempted, you may consider one of the following alternatives:
- Include special delivery instructions at time of purchase (i.e. if unattended, please leave parcel at door, in carport, etc.)
- Choose an address at which you know the parcel will be able to be delivered (i.e. work, care of family member, care of neighbour, etc.)
Returns Policy
Have changed your mind on what you have purchased?
No problems, as long as we receive the product back within 14 days from your purchase date in a saleable condition, completely unopened and in original packaging, we are happy to issue you with an exchange or credit voucher. The cost of the freight back to Bella Hart will be the responsbility of the sender and an additional postage charge of $9.95 will need to charged to send the new product to you. To ensure goods are received by us in the same condition as you received them it is recommended when posting back the products to ensure they are bubbled wrapped to avoid postal damage. If goods arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, regretfully we will be unable to issue you with an exchange or credit voucher and the cost of postage back to you will be the responsibility of the customer.
What if the product is faulty or is not what I ordered?
We are sorry to hear this and of course are happy to provide a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make the appropriate arrangements with you to quickly resolve this. If you have had an allergic reaction to any products please contact us to resolve this. Please note that the product must not be more than 20% used to qualify for a refund.
How to return products
Firstly please contact us to receive a returns authorisation form that must be completed and received with the return stock. We unfortunately can not receive returns back without this form. Please then send the products back to us at:
