Cancellation Policy
The booking you have made is reserved exclusively for you. Clients are required to provide a credit card to secure their booking. We will make contact with you 24 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your reservation, changes can be made at this time. If cancellation is made after this contact, 50% will be charged to your credit card or redeemed from your voucher. If the booking is a 'no show', regrettably we will need to charge 100% of the treatment fee to your credit card or your voucher will be 100% redeemed.
Arrival Time
For new clients we would request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A confidential client contact form is required to be completed to ensure our therapist is familiar with all your needs and concerns.
Parking
Behind the store, off Barker Rd, there is one hour free parking or thereafter by the hour paid parking is available.
Health
For your health and safety all of our treatments are carried out with the strictest hygiene and professional standards possible.
We only ever use disposable Microdermabrasion tips and offer pre- and post-treatment advice with every treatment. Photographic images are also taken prior to treatment using our Beau Visage software. This new photographic technology gives us a more in depth look at your skin and helps decide which treatment course and products will be most suitable for you.
